Press Control + End (Mac- ⌘ + Fn + Right Arrow) to go to the end of the sheet, or press Control + Arrow Down (Mac- ⌘ + Down Arrow) to jump to the first empty cell (press again if that is not the last row). If your data includes row headings, you can use a formula like this to show the headings on top and data sorted below: You can also create a sorted copy of your data by choosing Insert > New sheet and entering a formula like this on the new sheet (this formula sorts based on data in the first column, hence the 1): To sort a sheet, hover over a column label (A, B, C.), click on the downward pointing triangle that appears, and choose Sort sheet A → Z from the drop-down menu.
